The gentlemen Magistrates of the city of Delft order by this the Camerbewaarder Anthonij Leeuwenhoeck, appointed curator of the estate of Bartholomeus Ritmeier and Alita van Spreckhuizen, the housewife of the same Ritmeier, to hand over all the debt books of Ritmeier, in order to allow the debts in the same amount to be collected from her to be deducted from those presented to her.

Not clear who is handing the books to whom. Probably Leeuwenhoek gave them to the magistrates but it also makes sense for widow Alita to give them to Leeuwenhoek.
